Born and raised in Florida, Nate has watched the local area blossom into the vibrant Real Estate Investment destination that is today. Nate uses his background in real estate and knowledge of the local market to guide investors in finding the perfect rental property to meet their needs. During his off-time, Nate enjoys coaching his sons Brody and Brycen in sports as well as go fishing with the family.
